Pricing:
- Discount to cash price on all weekly EFT accounts
- Fuel Plus price on all accounts with terms other than weekly EFT
- $2.00 per individual fuel card - one time set-up fee
- $5.00 per weekly statement mailed (electronic option available free of charge)
- $15.00 invoice inquiry surcharge
